Default Changing plans online

This is very basic, and I did search here and ATT to no avail.

I was wondering if it's possible to change plans (450 to 900, 900 to 450) online, and if it was possible to do without renewing the contract. Also id it's possible to do more than once.

How is ATT's online account info, useful?

Thanks.

I haven't had any issues with my online account info other than a nuisance indication that I am set up for a paper bill on one screen, and paperless on another It seems very straight forward to modify your plan online (i.e., increasing minutes.) There's too much fine print, but I can't imagine your contract being renewed or extended by simply doing maintenance on your account.
