can i get an iphone with my att employee plan?

Hi i work for an att indirect dealer and i want to get an iphone, i went to an att corporate store and they didnt notice my plan was an employee plan they just said i had a really good plan, since i have 5000 minutes for $20, free text and a $10 unl data pack for my blackberry, when i was about to buy the iphone they said they had to switch me into one of the current att plans.... does anyone knows if theres a way to go around that and keep my discounted plan?

I think the only way to keep your plan is to get a jailbroken iPhone.

It depends on whether the plan is personal with a corporate discount or a corporate plan.
I get a discount through my company with AT&T, as well as one for my wife, but the phones and plans are ours.
Talk to your companies corporate rep at AT&T. They should be able to help you out.
You could also look for somewhere to but the phone unlocked, and swap the BB sim with it.

ummm ok will my internet still work.... is it automaticaly gonna add the $30 data plan?? which im ok with i just dont want to change my voice plan

the thing is that im a little scare to call my rep... because we stop selling att back in december and now the store just sells sprint so im afraid that if i call she will ask me how i still have the employee plan... the account is under my personal name and my social.... any idea what else i can do???

I'm not sure. To me it looks like you need might need to get either an unlocked phone or buy a non-contract phone (ebay or full retail price) and get s SIM unlock card and use your BB sim.
Either way though, I suggest you wait, as the new iPhone will be out (hopefully) by the end of June, and the prices of the 3G will drop, so you could get either the most current model, or a 3G at a steal.
