ATT Customer Service

Just wanted to say that in the last day I have gotten some really good customer service. I switched from pick your plan to reglar postpaid. Kept the current balance on my account and rolled it into my new postpaid. It shows up as a credit. Then today transfered an existing providers number to my iphone all without a hitch or getting a new sim card! Everyone was really on the ball.

You are just beginning to experience what a great company AT&T is.

They have the best of everything, which is probably why I'm the first person in two days to comment on your post. When you're number one (like AT&T) lots of people like to hate you. This site has a lot of AT&T haters, as it's a great place for them to blame their problems on. That way they do not have to honestly evaluate their iPhones.

I use my iPhone a lot and have nothing to complain about, the service from AT&T has been great and my bills have been very reasonable.
