AT&T unlimited - iPhone 3G

A friend of mine told me that AT&T is supposed to be releasing unlimited calling for around 99.00 a month but for right now it wont be available on the family plan . I guess we will see

I have a family plan and we have 700 mins a month $70 and 9.99 for mobile to mobile with at&t we never go over mins and have over 2000 roll over mins thanks to everyone I know using same service so think about who you talk to you can still get a way better deal

Yeah im kinda the same as you i have 1400 min a month between me n my wife and almost 5000 rollover min but i know there are some people that talk a lot more than i do that might be interested in that

My average bill is around 150. Does the 99.99 get added on to my average bill price?

i posted on another thread that i talked to AT&T today and they are offering for a single line for the iPhone unlimited minutes ,texting, and internet for 139.99 a month

so it wouldn't work with a plan with two phones on it? It has to be an individual plan to work?

it will work if you are a very heavy user because of the cost it will still be 99.99 a line for the unlimited minutes you would have to add family texting and your 20 data package for the internet

my wife n i have 1400 min 20.00 iphone data for unlimited internet and family text for unlimited texting runs us about 185 a month .If you need more minutes than that i can see where it would be worth it but for unlimited everything on two iPhones its gonna run around 250 a month

If you need the minutes i can see it being worth it for the average user it wont work . I have over 4000 rollover minutes so at the moment im not worried about unlimited minutes but im sure there are some people that will benifit from this though

I have the unlimited plan now, which means before taxes & fees & other such things, my monthly bill is roughly 1/3rd of an arm and 3/5ths of a leg ($140 for those keeping score)

And now I'm not using it quite as much as I did last month. heh.

But the unlimited freedom is definitely worth the price. (Although I certainly wouldn't mind it being about 50 bucks cheaper)

I hate having to pick and choose what days and times to make my calls, who to answer and who not, and conserve text messages.
