Default At&t tech support sucks!!!

Sorry everyone. Just had to get that out of my system.

They are so freakin' clueless. Why ask me 5 times if I have updated to Carrier File 5.5? Do you think I'm stupid?!!?1

Anyone else getting the REPOD (Red Exclamation Point of Death) when trying to send an MMS??

yes my g/f is. called att and they made a claim and it will take 3-5 days maximum to fix the REPOD issue.....they dont even know what it is or why.
