Default $200 back.

So I am trying to find out from att why my account does not qualify for the $200 back... I have a bill over $100 a month every month. I bought my Last iphone 3g the day they were released. I was never late on a payment and I did get the early upgrade pricing.

Do you spend over $99 on a single line?

It needs to be over $99 (without taxes) on the primary line. Plus, if you bought on launch day last year, that was in July. It's only June now so that's 11 months.

just was on the phone with some ***** on att.. excuse my language, but mine is over $99 too, (108.41) with taxes, and im not eligible, pretty stupid if you ask me, but she said that i need to go into the AT&T store tomorrow and they're the only ones who can change it for me.

EDIT: I also bought the 3G last year on iDay.

The total has to be 99 before taxes. At&t has to be getting that 99 bucks, not uncle sam.

An example:
My voice plan 60 bucks
My data plan 30 bucks
Family texting 30 bucks
My line is billed 120 bucks qualifies for 12 month upgrade

line 2
Voice 9.99
data 30
total 39.99 upgrade is 20 months

line 3
voice 9.99
data 10
total 19.99 upgrade is 20 months

line 4
voice 9.99
data 10
total 19.99 upgrade is 20 months

line 5
voice 9.99
total 9.99 upgrade is 20 months

Total bill 209.96, but only the first line qualifies.
