How to save contacts?

I am going to restore my iPhone to factory settings, but I don't want to lose all my contacts. Is there a way to save them? I don't sync them with my computer...I just added them all manually to my phone.

I believe if you sync it to iTunes it will automatically merge and add contacts automatically. I've done it with my iTunes and it asks me to merge or replace, etc. You might wanna wait until someone seconds my claim.

+1 I've restored my phone 3 times now and I didn't even have "sync contacts" checked.
