Cant update or restore, getting errors.

Yep...cant do either. Tried to for the new update. Now my phone just says "connect to itunes" which it does, then tries to restore, then i get this error...

and Added a ringtone and changed my theme/icons

What can I do to restore this bad boy?

i was too, just keep at it, took me like 7-8 tries, my download even stopped a few times, but persistence is the answer.
