OK. So can you or can you not get ringtones on iTunes?

I read rumors and stuff, but can you actually do it?

Not yet, but some videos of Steve Jobs during the Keynote showed a Ringtone tab when it was plugged into iTunes. This leads people to believe an update will come out which will let you download ringtones from iTunes. No time expectancy available.
