how to transfer numbers from Motorola Q

yeah so basically i just need someone to tell me how to transfer my numbers from my motorla Q to my iphone.

I don't know if you use outlook, but I had a blackjack before my iPhone and had all my contacts in outlook so when I did my first sync with the iPhone it added all my contacts.

if you have activesync installed and the cable for the q you should be able to just plug it in... pick sync contacts with outlook... let it rip... then hook up the iphone and sync the contacts from itunes

Im not sure if this will work on the iphone (dont have one YET) but what i have done with past mobile phones is "save contacts to sim card" and then put the sim card in the new one.

just a guess.
