7.27 gb shows up under Summary and under Capacity it shows 7.24 gb beginning amount. What is the reason that 8gb is not the beginning amount.
Can someone explain...

This is due to formatting and the file system.....

The OS takes up the other small portion of the memory.

The OS and web browser software eats about 600 Mb so I'm told.
