iphone sync: syncs photos, but iphone not recognized by itunes

Hi,

Last week before I started taking pictures with my iphone, I was able to successfully sync my iphone with my most up to date itunes (7.3.2.6) software.

Then I started taking photos and when I synced my iphone with my computer (PC, Windows Vista), a pop up prompted me to extract photos from my iphone (which I was able to do).. however after I completed that, my itunes no longer recognizes my iphone as a device to sync.

It seems like maybe if I delete my photos from my phone it may recognize the iphone again.. but I rather not do this.

Does anyone out there have any suggestions?

are you talking about the auto sync... have you tryed to do a manual sync though itunes?
