No, the iPhone will not connect to consoles, to my knowledge. But why would you want it to?

When you say "hooked up" what are you looking for it to do? I can't seem to think of thing I would want a phone to do in regards to my X-box 360.

I say yes. Ipod hooks up to 360 so should the iphone. It allows for playing music through your tv speakers.
