I guess its possible the speaker is just not that great. Sometimes the sound doesn't sound so good even when its not on full volume. Kind of irritating since sometimes I lower the volume depending on whats coming out of the speakers and sometimes I raise the volume. How do you know for sure if a speaker is blown? Since Ive seen a lot of speaker complaints I am thinking it might just be the speaker itself.
EDIT: external speaker by the way. If I play music I always got to lower the volume so if a drum comes on it doesn't sound ilke crap, then when I talk to someone (I guess a bit on their part when they'll talk lower, ill have to raise the volume and then when they speak louder I got to lower because their voice will morph, sort of how when a drum comes on using the ipod function)
