I Need Help!!!!!!!!!!!

I can not get my dvd converted. i have the .vob file. i have tried videora and i get the error that it cant be added tothe itunes library. i have tried handbrake and it does the conversion in like 2 seconds supposeably and then i cant even find it. i dont know what to do. any help would appreciate it!!!!!!

Video files need to be in the MPG4 format. There are many programs that convert to MPG4 but I have yet to find one that is free. imTOO Apple iPhone Video Converter works very well but you have to buy it for I believe $30. Trust me, I have spent hours searching for a free program for this but there are none....if anyone has one I would like to know.
