Question about getting Contacts to Iphone...

Before this phone I had a Treo 750. And I had Vista with Windows Mobile Media Center, but I didn't set up the outlook yet. Is there a place on the computer like some folder where the contacts are saved that I can copy or open up with outlook? I set up outlook once I got my Iphone and there is nothing under the contact except the few I put in my Iphone so far. There has to be a folder, you know like Palm Desktop would make a folder and save you contacts in it somewhere? Please help.

Windows Address Book is what I use and it works perfectly.
