How to use On-The-Go Playlists while in Cover Flow?

Does anyone know how to add songs to an On-The-Go Playlist while in Cover Flow (hence the Title)? Kind of a random, very specific question, I know.

I was wondering this the other day to..I tried everything like doubleclicking on the song..pressing the earbud button 3 times(ya I know, but was worth a shot) but got nothing.
