Are these files for System Volume control?

I know that everyone is complaining about speak volume being too low and I was browsing the folders and came across some interesting files located here:

System/Library/Frameworks/Celestial.framework

files names include:

CategoriesThatShareVolumes.plist
CategoryMinimumVolumes.plist
Celestial
Info.plist
SystemSoundBehavior.plist
SystemSoundLowersMusicVolume.plist
SystemSoundMaximumVolume.plist
SystemSoundRouting.plist
SystemSoundVibrationPatterns.plist

Maybe someone with a good amount of knowledge can try to see if this is linked to speaker volume and if it could be modified

The file named " SystemSoundMaximumVolume.plist" seems like it should be it. Me being dumb and stupid with this kind of stuff, I'm not going to mess with it until someone else tries it out :P

someone in the hackintosh forum tried changing the volume value in that file but it didn't work or maybe they messed up(not the phone) you should check up over there.
