Are you using EDGE when using the Youtube function? If so, the resolution is decreased. If you're on Wifi, the resolution is pretty good, depending upon the quality of the particular video.

Yea, the videos are HEAVILY compressed if you are viewing them over EDGE. They look great over WiFi though...

Youtube over Wifi looks much better than even the regular youtube.com.. its realllly nice.

Yeah, You Tube is quite bandwidth intensive so you need Wi-Fi to appreciate it.
