anything but AT&T

i live in middle east, asia...and iphone is not going to release here until next year...cant wait tht long so im getting the iphone frm a different country...and there is no sign of the service provider :AT&T...where i live and where im getting the phone frm... we have only 2 providers : etisalat and du ....is there anyway i can use the phone using any of the 2 service provider's sim cards...

i heard u cant send/receive files using bluetooth on the phone..is it ture?!!
