Dear Swagger,
Maybe the question was to difficult for you to grasp.
Alternatively, a little to vague for you to understand its meaning.
So, please let me rephrase on behalf of the initiator:
Do you or anyone else here know if there is any (other than Itunes) Iphone to PC software available in the market?
The reason for the question is that I (and I suspect also many others) find Itunes to be rather cumbersome (Clumsy) to handle and an interface of the 'explorer' type would be much more convenient.

Last time iTunes doesn't recognize the music store in my iPhone, I cant find any solution. So I have to use this tool to download the whole Music folder to my computer and re-sync it again. It is really useful.

Well, iTunes made some horrible registry entries that were giving me all kinds of problems, and eventually crashed my Vista OS, requiring to use the restore disc, and reinstall windows. What a nightmare.
I would prefer a program that allows me to bypass iTunes altogether.
Preferably a free, open source program.

Yes, but if you really need something that does what it does then you'll buy it.
