Email Setup?? [Archive] - iPhone Forums

I email some friends of mine quite a lot. The email setup doesn't allow me to reply without the email history. After several email replies stack up, it's flooding the RAM and the iPhone slows down to a crawl. I have to constantly create new emails. Did I miss a simple way of replying without history in the account setup or is this just an omission from the iPhone software?

It's an omission. Only choice is to start a new email or manually delete the reply (if you hold in backspace it will start deleting word by word)
