Time and WEATHER on screen with "slide to unlock"?

My friend's iPhone has the time and says "Rainy Day" below the time on the screen that has the wallpaper and the "slide to unlock" message when you turn on the phone. My phone has the day/date beow the time, which I assume is normal. We've changed the wallpaper and nothing changes, and as far as we can see there is one city in her weather widget that had rainy weather (but not her home city). Has anyone else had this? She likes the weather "report" but would like it if it were for her home city. Thanks for any responses!

its because he was listening to that song and he put it in sleep.

just fire up the ipod and start another song....let the song play till the screen goes blank. When you wake it up and turn off the ipod it should be fixed.

Yes, this is definitely not the Weather widget, but like other users have said, a song playing. I tried to see if putting the iPhone to sleep in Weather would do anything, but like I expected, nothing happened.
