Switch back to inidvidual plan within 14 days

When my wife bought her iPhone, we switched my AT&T account over to a family plan with her phone as the second line.

If she returns her iPhone within the first 14 days I assume that I can switch back to an individual plan. Is this true ?

Yes, you can switch back without any penalty. You will have to pay a restocking fee for returning your wife's iphone within the first 14 days.
