Voice memo via mms & email problem

Can anyone tell me what happened and how to fix this problem??
I finally discovered that I could send voice memos via mms & email!
It was working, however the next day when I tried to send another via both mms & email to same person, it appeared that my iPhone was sending but it never completed the "sending" and the intended recipient never received voice memo! All voice memos I attempted were all less than 10 seconds long!

When I send a normal text or email, they go through fine! And, two days ago the voice memos were going thru mms fine as well. don't know why its not working today!!
