What's up with Videorecorder3g?

I can download and install it from Cydia but when I try to open it it crashes. I have tried multiple installs. Anyone know if this app even works?

It's junk. Use Cycorder.

I dowloaded Cycorder but when I tried to open it it showed a black screen for a second or two then went right back to the springboard. Nothing happened.

I ended up deleting it.

I'm not sure if they ever updated it for 3.1.x, Krunk. It was a big deal when they did a 3.0.x update...

I'm on 3.1.2 and i have it installed and it works...."ok". it's a bit slow, and not really that stable, but gets the job done. It does crash with large files (recording over 2 minutes at a time), but not every time.

I mean in reality, I haven't found any video application that compares to the native Video Recorder on the 3GS. Just a pitfall of having a 3G...

no doubt. I hope that the next version of iPhone will be even better.
(PS -spoke with the Verizon rep that works in our building today...Trying to get more info on the Verizon iPhone. She acknowledged it, but was pretty tight-lipped from there. She did say something along the lines that it would have to be different than the current "line/model"). Smaller iPhone a reality??

i kinda like the size of the current iphone. i think thinner would be nice but i love the screen size.

the video on the 3gs is pretty good. i was very impressed with it!

maybe ill try cycorder real quick and see how it does
