Hi guys I'm buying a new IPhone, I found a seller that says he has an IPhone running 3.1.2 and it's unlocked, i thought you couldn't unlock this version due to the base band. Could someone let me no if it's possible thanks.

This may just be me since I am not jailbroken but, shouldn't this be in the iPhone modifications thread? I am reading threads and really confused about the troubleshooting going, then find out after 10 posts the person is jailbroken, not this thread, but others.
