No sound

Have only sound thru headset in iTunes .
None in ringers,keypad.
Mute is off.
Have reset,restored,and updated.
Just started a couple weeks ago.
Hoping someone can help.
Also plugged in and out headphones.

Double check and make sure the little switch on the side of the phone is up so you dont see the orange dot.

Go into settings>sounds and make sure the volume is turned up.

If youve done all those things and it hasnt corrected it. Make an appointment with a genius at apple

Also check the headphone port. There might be debris stuck in it causing the iPhone to think there are headphones plugged in even when they're not.
