Blacksn0w - Internet Tethering not working or not avail with US phones?

I've read multiple threads for ppl with issues after installing blacksn0w (i.e. wifi, VVM, and internet tethering).

I'm trying to verify that all my programs are working after Blacksn0w and noticed that internet tethering is not an option under my Network settings.

Can someone tell me whether it's just not included in the US phones as i saw on the Apple website stating that this is not available in the US or is this resulting from blacksn0w?

Sorry if this seems to be a stupid question, i'm a new iPhone owner and new to this JB and unlock thing.

ok, if you jailbroke your phone before blacksnow came out, then add the source in cydia, http://blackra1n.com

then when you add that source, go into it and there will be a specific file, i cant really remember whats the name of it, but it will be the only one when you add the source, install it, this will unlock your phone

when it finishes installing, type this on your iphones safari browser

scroll down and when you see the option TETHERING & INTERNET SETTINGS, hit download, then scroll down and hit USA, then hit AT&T,

then install the package that will pop out, it will show you a warning but install it anyway, then re start your iphone and then you should have tethering, let me know if it worked

and it is working, rigth now im connected to the internet through my internet tethering of my iphone, its working perfectly, but just make sure that you have an unlimited data plan..
