Ok guys I need some help! I have everything set up right as far as I know.

ONly problem is on my phone it looks like this

And the sample photo looks like this

Why is my text image still there? Its not in the sample photo. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

Sorry Ryan I'm kinda new to themes. I think everyone's exhausted from blacksn0w issues today! I know one thing, I love the first theme you've posted! Are the 3 icons at the top folders? I may have to try the vista theme. It looks really clean.
I guess you're trying to move the stray icons? Someone with theming skills should be along and I'm fixing it mess with it for a few minutes myself.

No i can move the Facebook app and the SMS app. But what I need fixed is the SMS app! It should be JUST text at the bottom and not the icon!

Make sense?

I understand now. I went into SBSettings - more - hide icons and chose to hide the SMS icon but it also hid the word so all that did was remove it totally. Three of the four are correct so you may have to fix it somehow with SSH. Are you familar with SSH? I'm not but others here are.

Have you tried trading places with say SMS and Mail? I wonder if you did if SMS would do right and mail would mess up? Just an idea. Sorry I'm not much help on this.

I tried it several times and I always have one stupid icon that stays. Sorry, more brains than mine are needed here. Good luck! It really is a nice looking theme.

Try this.
Library > Themes > Vista Live Theme > find Text.png and change it to Messages.png > Respring.

Well not to sound like a noob here but where is the library? is it in ssh? if so how do i open ssh?

Im not a pro be anymeans! This is my first time trying to change stuff up!

Tarek provided the directions for SSH & WinSCP, but iPhoneBrowser is an easier alternative if you're interested. It's just not wireless, you have to connect the phone to the computer via USB.

Before installing it, update to the latest version of iTunes. After installing iPhoneBrowser on the PC, open Cydia and search for afc2add and install it. After that, connect the iPhone to the computer, open iPhoneBrowser, and you should have access to the file system.

what source is the windows theme from? i dont have it, i may be able to help cuz i had that problem in the 1.1.x era
