Updating Theme Help?

I have a theme that has an update available through Cydia but the theme doesn't show in my "Packages" in Cydia. I DL'd the theme and then had to do a restore because of some issues so I copied the theme into a file on my desktop. Once restored to new, I just loaded the old theme I had via ssh and it appeared in winterboard.

Since it won't appear in my "packages" section I can't update it. Any ideas how to update?

I can't believe I'm gonna try to answer this but it seems that Cydia doesn't believe you have the theme so it is requiring you to re-download it. Maybe there's a way around that but I don't know it. Good luck!

Well thanks for the help. I was thinking about this fix but then I would have to put everything back into the theme to get it back to how I had it before. Pain in the butt. Maybe there is a way around that route.
