How do you put video onto the IPhone?

I've found a way to convert videos to IPhone format, but how do I get them ONTO the IPhone?

I've copied them into /Itunes/movies and synced, but they don't show up in the Iphone.

did you drag and drop them into itunes after you moved them into that folder? itunes does not automatically update the library even if your media is in the itunes folder. You have to manually add them to itunes by drag and drop or file>add file or folder.
