Something cool I just found out

Just now reading my email for no apparent reason I swiped my finger accross the email in my inbox and it popped up the delete button! Tried this in iPod mode and it worked there as well. Sorry if this has already been posted, but I thought it was pretty cool.

I knew about the Email and SMS swipe to delete, but never thought to try it on the iPod portion. Cool! Thanks!:laugh2:

No Problem, I guess they added this if you wanted to delete something off your phone if you fill it up and need to take a photo or something, and have no access to your comp to resync.

I just tried it again and it only works for me on the videos, not the music.

That's very helpful when you're out and about and need to make room for pictures or what have you. Also, have you noticed after watching certain videos, it will give you the option to delete it to make more room on the device, or is it just me?

I havent noticed this yet, but I never finish a movie to the end, I always just hit Done once the credits start rolling.

I was excited last week, 'cause I figured out how to turn caps lock on, permanently. lol

Go to Settings > General > KeyBoard and set Enable Caps Lock to On. Then when typing double tapping the up arrow will enable CAPS LOCK

By the way, Suppa....i'm guessing you were having to open each individual email and then clicking the garbage can at the bottom, to delete? You poor thing! haha

Yep thats exactly what I was doing, lol. Either that or clicking the Edit button to get all messages to have the "-" icon on them.

Well, I guess the edit button is actually a better option altogether. Saves on a few finger swipes. Efficiciecy is important when you have your myspace attached to your Gmail on your phone. Everytime a message, comment or friend request comes in, my phone lets me know. Stupid porn ads! haha
