Backup issues

So, I got a replacement 32GB phone a few weeks ago. I've been syncing with no problem. All of a sudden, within the last week, I've had to cancel my backups b/c of how long they were taking. I've since deleted all of my backups and have started from scratch. I'm on the 121st minute, and the backup still has yet to complete. It's close, but not done. I'm going to have to leave my phone here and head to dinner. If it's not done by the time I return, I will probably be pretty pissed.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Larry - I was already aware of that, so yes, I had done this from the very beginning. I was syncing fine but then all of a sudden it went to crap. Not sure what happened...
