iTunes U? (can I burn it to CD?)

So Ive stubled finally upon the iTunes U, with all the pretty lectures and sometimes annoying videos. I've found one that I really enjoy and that would benefit a friend, is there any way at all of burning to CD or putting on a USB a collection from iTunes U? It's audio only, and 8 tracks at the moment?

Try putting in a blank CD and creating a "playlist" with the audio tracks and then burning that playlist to the CD. Does that work for you?

thats worked perfectly, as did dragging and dropping them to a UBS.... Thanks!
