My buddy can't get my mms but I get his. Any idea why?

There could be so many reasons for this. Can other friends receive them? If so his phone isn't set up properly.

Ninja is right there could be so many different reasons why. I would try and see if you get them from other people and if so then its your "Buddies" phone.

He hasnt set his phone up correctly. His operator hasnt enabled it on his phone. His phone doesnt support it.

Again, could be many reasons.

I'm having this problem, too. I can't get one buddy's pics, although he can send to others. I receive pics from others, but not from him. He took his phone in to AT&T store to have it checked, & it's fine. He has my number entered correctly in his phone. Can't think of what else it may be?

I would try removing buddy from my contacts and then let them send an MMS. Maybe it is something in the way his contact is entered into your phone? Just a thought. Then re-add him using the received message. Sounds as if the problem may be on your end? Can he receive MMS from you?

He can receive MMS from me just fine. I can receive his texts, but not his MMS.

I have another buddy who can also receive my texts, but not my MMS. We are all on the latest software, but they have the 3G phone and I have the 3Gs...I wonder if there's any connection? However, I have other friends with 3G who rec'v my MMS just fine. ?? :022:really

I removed them all from my contacts and had them send a pic to me; no dice. Why would mms work with some people and not with others? My father cannot get any of my MMS, though he gets my texts. I can't understand what the problem could be?

This problem has been bugging me lol. Another shot in the dark. Do you have more than one number listed for your friend? Are the numbers listed as mobile (more than once). I noticed I saved a number to an existing contact and it listed it as mobile even though the current entry was also mobile. When I tried to voice dial...it said ... dialing "contact" mobile...then nothing happened. Hmmmmm...could this be it?

Just checked. No, 3 of the people are only listed with their mobile numbers. I guess I'm going to have to take phone in to AT&T, but without dragging the others in with me, I'm not sure what they can do. Thank you, though! :dft009:happy
