If its from the music store should play.. did you goto the iphone options and then click on the movies tab and make sure its checked to sync to phone?

Also make sure you played it in i-Tunes. My episodes of Lost which I downloaded off if i-tunes would not sync until I opened them in i-tunes and played it.

It seems as though there is a lot of issues with video on the iPhone. There is one solution, Zannel. You can send video directly to your phone or watch great quality video directly from their site on your phone as well. I think its a great solution until the video bugs are fixed.

I recorded a football games this weekend on my Dish DVR, then made a DVD on my Panasonic recorder. (plays fine on my TV or computer). Then ran it thru Handbrake and I now have an 850 MB Mpeg4 on my desktop. Won't sync up to my iPhone. Got everything checked, etc ... tried it twice. Just sync's up everything else ... no problem. I played about 5 minutes of the Mpeg4 thru iTunes - no problem. Have I missed something?

It might not be named properly. I don't know what suffix you have. Change it to .m4v. If it doesn't work, the file might be too large. You may want to use the "export to iPhone" function in Quicktime.

Just upgraded, Itunes won't sync over the movie I just purchased. It won't even let me drag it to my device icon. I have it set to sync all movies, music, etc. It plays fine on my computer. Anybody else have this problem?
I was able to copy movies to my Iphone several weeks ago, what happened.

The files extension is .mp4. I renamed it to .m4v. Same result. Don't have QT Pro. No "Export to iPhone" choice in regular old QT (at least that I could see)

I'm going to assume I need QT Pro to export or save in an iPod format, correct?

Got QT Pro ..... pulled the 850 MB file into QT and Export "Movie to iPod". Not in my life time. Not old enough. Sat and watched the progress bar for about 15 minutes and it moved about 1/64". Unless someone has other ideas .. getting convinced this is a no go.

Right. QT Pro is worth $29 when you have iPhone, iPod, iTunes, etc.
