Changing Internet Provider???? HELP!!

Hi there this is my 1st post!

I live in the UAE & our service provider here is Etisalat. Ive only had my iPhone 3 days and im going through credit like no business. When i use applications that ive downloaded from iTunes its gazumping my credit, also every now and again my credit is vanishing without me touching the phone.

Ive been told to change my internet provider name to xxxx, can someone please tell me how to do this??

hmmm, not sure since I'm in the USA.
But if you're credits are spending without you touching it, the reason is probably that your email is being fetched periodically. You can change the frequency by goint to Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendar>Fetch New Data.
