There are different ones on ebay. I did a search and I found a few. I saw a lot of the pouch ones that you don't want but these two are not pouches.

If authenticity is important to you, be careful when buying any Louis Vuitton on eBay. The majority of LV items will be knock-offs. Anything under $100 is almost guaranteed to be fake. These cases sell for $250 if purchased directly from LV. You can order directly from louisvuitton.com, or from eluxury. If looking for a used case on eBay, sort by price and bypass the lower-priced cases, and request a guarantee of authenticity from a seller with excellent feedback.

Doh! Just posted and then read that knock-offs are okay. In that case, you can google "designer inspired" LV.
