Contact app w/Outlook sync?

Newbie. Contacts on iPhone 3G syncs well with Outlook on my PC but I can't search or select by Company. I NEED that. Can't find anything in Apps Store that specifically says it syncs with Outlook. Anybody??

If you search from the search screen on the iPhone (not within contacts), doesn't show said companies in your contacts?


edit: I just tested it, and it does...
