Hi: I purchased something from Wirelessrage on ebay and the shipping was reasonable from what I remember but it took soooo long for me to get my package. I purchased three Switcheasy Colors cases and it took well over two weeks to receive the items. I will research the aucitons and add to the post.
**********
Okay. It took a few minutes, but I went back through my feedbacks which got me to the date I left feedback for the auctions and then I went to paypal to see when I paid.
I won and paid for the auction on June 15th, 2009 and I left my feedback when I received the package on my birthday July 8th, 2009. I remember this specifically because that day I received a few items from ebay. Two of them I won and paid for two days prior to receiving them on my birthday and Wirelessrages items came on that day too. I had a lot of things coming to me on that day.
But, yeah, they took a while to get that to me. Paid for June 15th received on July 8th. That was too long. I don't think because that was from ebay that should have had anything to do with it, but who knows. At least the items were what I won and they were new.

Yeah, I hope it is quicker ordering from their site. Although I got my items from them on ebay they should have sent them quicker than that. The cases were sweet though so I didn't care so much, but I decided after that experience I woudn't bid on any of their auctions from ebay. Not so sure I would get anything from their site either. I have been tempted, but unless I have a coupon and or there is a major sale going on I will stear clear of them.
I hope you have luck though if you decide to get what you want from them.
Side note - you might be able to find your item on ebay.

Yeah. It might be best to stear clear of them if they have a number and they don't answer it. Although it is true that this is an e-mail society we live in now.
I was reading where you want something from Switcheasy, you can probably find it on ebay if you want a bargain price. Sometimes there are good prices on ebay for iphone cases from Switcheasy and others, you just have to take the time to shop around and not bid on the first one you see.
One good thing is that if Wirelessrage has the item you want on ebay and you bid and pay and have to wait a while, you are covered because you pay with paypal and you can always get your money back from them with no problem if it takes too long. Paypal has a way of getting the sellers to answer when you can't get an answer from them. I've been through it enough times to know. Missing items or things just not coming, i have had success with Paypal making the seller do the right thing or getting my money back.
Don't despair, you can get your items. I was thinking too that Wirelessrage folks might have day jobs and they probably don't sell these items full time some communication is probably lax. I think the staff is small.
Good luck, you will get your item yet! BTW what is it that you are looking to buy? it might be better just to get it straight from Switcheasy.

I would just order straight from Switcheasy instead of dealing with Wirelessrage. It should be easier. I have ordered straight from the source on a lot of stuff like Incase cases, and Belkin and there were no problems.
Try it out. I bet if you e-mail switcheasy, they will get back to you in a reasonable amount of time.

I've ordered from them four times and have had no problems. I live on the east coast and they are on the west but I get my packages in three or four days. I also follow them on Twitter because they post sales on items. Never called them but they have always responded to my emails. Good luck
