Sms Hidden but can be quick replied

I was wondering if developers can actually make a app like quick reply or tlert be hidden. But when you have status notifier the icon with the sms bubble pops up you can tap it maybe once or twice and then you will be able to quick reply from there.

yeah thats the one i originally tried a few times. i have no idea why its not working. my reception is a bit low maybe its just not connecting? ill try again later
