Problems with thumbnails on Photo app

New to the forums, what ups :)

Just got a new 32GB iPhone 3GS but I seem to have a problem syncing my pictures from my Mac. I can open the images but I can't see any thumbnails of them, so I don't know what I'm opening.

My iPhone, iTunes and Mac are all updated, tried transferring my full picture library or part of it, still get the same problem.

Any of you guys recognize this problem? I'll attach a screenshot, thanks guys/gals.

Welcome. And Wow. That's interesting. I'm not sure about mac. If you was on a pc I would say to check your hidden files in your picture folders. But you being on a mac I really don't know if there is anything like a thumbnail file in the pic folders. Have you tried to make a new folder on your mac and add pictures to it then sync to see if it still does it? I would try that I guess.

Check the photos on the Mac/PC - and if these are fine, I'll would go to the store and show them this problem!

Ihack, on mac we got iPhoto it holds all my pictures, so I don't really have to make folders like on Windows. Good idea though, I might try checking the properties for the pictures that get thumbnails and the ones that don't. Some good experimenting.

Picazzo, I'm keeping my fingers crossed, I don't want to take it back to the store. Hopefully somebody on these forums knows what's going on with my pictures. Can't find anything under google...must be one of those rare issues.
