Nope... still confused? I don't know why you've referred me to your invisible text thread. I don't know what you see the the screen your currently looking at, on mine the '....' are invisible.

Have I done something wrong?

They are black right now, but before you edited them, they were probably white. To be completely invisible they need to be off white. Sean posted the hex color (#fafafa) to use so they match and blend in with the forum color perfectly.

they were white, but I thought since they'd be revealed there was no point hiding them.

Even if Tarek posted with the #fafafa hex code highlighting it would allow you to see what he wrote.
