G'day fellow iPhone lovers...
I've been working on some ambient/nature-themed soothing alarms ringtones to wake up too!: CalmAlarms
Im distributing them via this site, I've put alot of work into creating them & the site so I'm asking a tiny fee for them, but I think you'll find they are worth it and are far superior to any of the standard tones on the iPhone...
They're .m4r files so just drag into iTunes no jailbreaking etc necessary.
