Intelliscreen (Customizing) Sports and News

Hello EIC, does anyone know how I can customize Sports and News feeds for Intelliscreen. I tried adding torontostar.com in the News tab, I was able to add it and Apply but nothing displays on the screen. Also, is there any way add more options to Sports, other than ESPN ones. I'd like to add some local news and soccer scores, if possible.

You can add custom RSS feeds by going into news or sports>add news/sports feed>add custom RSS feed. You will need to know the name and url of the feed. Secure feeds are not supported.

Thanks BrownGem. I can see where I can add RSS feeds for the news, but there aren't any for sports. (At least I cannot see it anywhere)

I guess local sports would be contained in a local news feed and not be a separate entity. If the sports pages you want have an RSS feed I suppose you could add it using the news custom RSS section. This is the only way I see to do it.

Thanks again, that's what I did. I still think they should build an option to add different sources for live scores (other than ESPN).

It would be nice if they would allow you to turn off calendar. I normally know what my schedule is and only want to display emails and weather.

It's really easy....
Tap intelliscreen icon
Go to View Layout
Look at the icons at the bottom of the page
If the icon is dim, the option will not appear on the intelli page.
Tap save when done
Tap apply in the upper right corner
