Calendar Categories [Archive]

Does anyone know how to enable colour-coded calendar categories? I'm running the latest OS version 3.1.2 and expected to be able to have colour-coded appointments as per the screenshot on the Apple site:

That screenshot mentions Exchange account. Do you use corporate email? I think Google calendars are color coded as well. It isn't done just using the native app.

Yeah we do. The iPhone is connected to Exchange and is sending/receiving OK, but no coloured categories.

I see. Out of my arena on Exchange calendars. Someone else will have to chime in on this one.
