I used to have a app that you could alter a photo,ie stretch or bend pic,
I think it was called iArtist or something,any ideas or something simular?

Comic Touch and Photo Twist are 2 apps I found immediately in a Google search for "iphone apps that stretch pics". Both are in the appstore. Do a search and you may find some others.

Photo Twist is a satisfactory app for this purpose, I think. But the features are not enough. They need to add more. Hope in next update those will be available.
