I don't think this type of meal would effect diabetes but it would certainly wreck havoc on arterial walls.

I am pretty sure it contains a hell lot of carbohydrates and other stuff that affect Diabetes. One McDonald's, Burger King, or w.e burger sandwich affects me hard and makes me inject myself with a lot of insulin units. Trust me :).
