Why has apple not come out with the feature to press 1 button and it adds all contacts. Or a list you can go to and just put a check mark on each person. This add 1 by one takes forever! For people that are going to say they do not think I know people and it will take a long time, I am a club promoter and i have 600 contacts in my phone. It takes FOREVER! lol Any one know of maybe a text app that can do this?

textplus might help

or since you're a club promoter and it's what you do all day, i would suggest opening up a twitter account (if you don't have one yet)

i googled it and this (http://forum.iphoneworld.ca/updated-appstore-apps/quick-add-contacts-management-updated-iphone-app-19092.html) is something what i found.

Thanks I will check it out! Only $.99 so worth a try!

The twitter thing people have to watch me so with such a competitive market most people hear would rather just get messages not have to look it up.

I will post if this works good or not!

Once you send a mass text once, don't delete it. Use that as your thread for each time you want to mass text and you won't have to re-input the list.

that's a great idea, but kind of unrealistic because chances are he'll delete it once his inbox is full or there's too much in there. is there another app that you know of dave?

thats what i do. holidays it comes in handy cause i am one of those people that tells everyone happy halloween. replies come in as seperate texts then so it makes complete sense to do it that way. only problem really is locating a number if you wanna take it out...

I always keep a mass message in my messages app. It's worth keeping, I remember the first time I went to send one. It took ages adding all the names. I have more than one number per contact on over 70% of my contacts, so I had to manually go into each one!

lol no...i actually dont delete any text messages. i have like 40 some "conversations" open and i have texts that date back months. i like that i can keep em. my boyfriend is the same way. its fun to go back and see something cute he wrote. also helps when you need to bring it up when youre fighting :)

lol we dont have mobileme. i actually suggested it though. he is like computer slow. guess who syncs his phone? when the updates came out i had to walk him through it over the phone while i was at work because he couldnt wait for it and he still didnt do it right. i had to add the mms on myself. basically he forgot to restart it even though i repeated myself like 971239710 times in text and on the phone. oh boys.

Just to fight the male corner.

When it comes to technology and mobile OS, my mrs is about as clever as an electric toothbrush. I had to write her a tutorial on how to update her FW with Screenshots....
I have also had to go through simple things via sms/email/IM just to get a 'simple' point across.
